The model A/301/FHT is a single-axis accelerometer with charge output and 25pC/g sensitivity, rated for high-temperature use up to 400°C. It features a floating signal output via a 2-pole hermetic connector, reducing common mode interference.
Contaminants entering the transducer or connector will degrade data. Transducers and cables are available with proof pressure testing to 80 bar, individually or as assemblies. Disconnected pressure-tested assemblies simplify installation and allow for seal ring replacement.
The A/301/FHT model operates up to 400°C, making it ideal for gas turbine bearing vibration monitoring. Use a low-pass inline filter to reduce blade passing frequency modulation and spurious low-frequency signals.
High-temperature operation increases pyro-electric charge generation and reduces insulation resistance. Limit instrumentation bandwidth for accurate measurements. The A/301/FHT features an isolated Konic Shear sensing element and welded case for reliability.
