PEAK-G handles all manufacturer warranty coverage for North America

RULA includes a standard 3 year warranty on all controller hardware and free lifetime software upgrades (North America). Additional hardware warranty coverage is available. All other hardware the standard warranty is 1 year, with additional coverage available. This covers hardware failures under normal test conditions without damage due to excessive strain or mishandling.
