Digital amplifiers can take advantage of advanced digital signal processing techniques to reduce distortion and improve signal quality, resulting in cleaner and more accurate signal reproduction. High Efficiency

Digital amplifiers can also operate with greater efficiency by utilizing pulse-width modulation (PWM) to convert the input analog signal into a digital signal, then amplify the signal. This allows digital amplifiers to operate at a much higher efficiency than analog amplifiers, reducing power consumption and heat generation. Overall, digital amplifiers offer significant advantages in terms of efficiency, flexibility, accuracy, size, and cost.

designed For permanent magnet shakers

A permanent magnet shaker is a type of vibration testing equipment used to subject mechanical structures and components to controlled vibrations. It consists of a permanent magnet and a voice coil that are used to generate vibrations.

The vibration shaker power amplifier used with a permanent magnet shaker should be designed to provide a high power output with low distortion. The amplifier should also be able to protect the shaker from any damage due to overvoltage or overcurrent with built-in protection circuits. Finally, the amplifier should have a cooling system to dissipate the heat generated during operation.

200VA High-efficiency Power Amplifier

Hardware: The RL-A200 vibration shaker amplifier is equipped with a sophisticated protective system that continually tracks the critical parameters of operation to prevent malfunctions and harm to the equipment. Should the system detect an overheat condition, overcurrent, short circuit, or any other deviation, the amplifier will promptly shut down the output signal to the shaker.

The output signal attenuator on the front panel of the amplifier provides manual gain control from 0 to 100%. The embedded LCD displays the main operating parameters: output current and voltage, temperature and other information about the state of the system.
