At PEAK-G, we provide custom quotes for all products and services. Because each quote is tailored to meet your specific needs, all sales are finalized off-site after your quote is accepted.

Returns and refunds are subject to the terms and conditions provided in your individual quote. We strive to ensure complete satisfaction, and we are happy to discuss return eligibility before a purchase is finalized.

General Guidelines:

• Returns are not accepted unless specified in the quote agreement.

• Any approved returns must be initiated within [15] days of product delivery.

• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [5] business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

If a return is authorized, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us unless otherwise stated in the quote terms.
