Description

The A/600 is a  shear plate accelerometer provides charge sensitivity of 1.2nC/g on a single axis. It isolates mechanical inputs, ensuring accurate measurements in high-strain environments. It excels in low modal frequencies, ideal for seismic vibration surveys of large structures.

Traditional vibration transducers behave like strain gauges at low frequencies and are unsuitable for such applications. Our design uses multiple shear plates to generate charge (nQ), equivalent to a single plate with charge sensitivity (Q) and capacitance (C).

Signal increase may cause noise degradation, so these products balance signal-to-noise ratio, size, and mass for optimal low frequency performance.
