Modal Vibration Shakers

Shaker Systems from DynaLabs
A modal vibration shaker is a specialized type of vibration testing equipment designed for conducting modal analysis on mechanical structures and components. The mechanics of operation are similar to a permanent magnet shaker.
Modal vibration shakers (MS) excite the structure under test by a stinger. Force is transferred from the shaker to the structure via this stinger. Modal vibration shakers are used for larger structures.
Modal analysis is a technique used to study the dynamic behavior of structures, such as buildings, bridges, aerospace components, and mechanical systems, by identifying their natural frequencies, mode shapes, and damping characteristics.
